我国复合肥行业新型肥料发展态势、结构演变与产业升级研究

摘要:

我国复合肥行业正处于由总量扩张向质量提升、由传统通用型向功能高效型转型的阶段。新型肥料作为推动农业绿色发展、提升化肥利用效率、保障粮食安全的核心产品, 在政策引导、技术创新与市场需求的多重驱动下实现快速渗透。基于2019—2025年我国复合肥行业新型肥料产能、销量、品类结构与生产工艺等核心数据, 系统分析了新型肥料的整体发展趋势、细分品类格局变迁、市场规模演进特征以及生产工艺迭代路径。结果表明: 2019—2025年, 我国复合肥行业新型肥料占比由34.5%提升至48.8%, 总销量由20 000 kt/a增长至30 000 kt/a, 产业规模与市场占比同步提升; 品类结构呈现显著重构, 含腐植酸复合肥主导地位稳定, 含中微量元素复合肥呈爆发式增长, 含海藻酸、氨基酸等功能型肥料快速崛起; 生产工艺向高效化、集约化升级, 高塔工艺超越滚筒工艺成为主流, 喷浆工艺出现萎缩, 挤压工艺潜力得到释放。结合行业发展特征, 剖析了新型肥料发展的驱动因素、现存问题与未来趋势, 提出优化产品结构、强化技术创新、完善标准体系和推动绿色转型的发展路径, 以期推动复合肥行业高质量发展和新型肥料的规模化推广。

Abstract:

China's compound fertilizer industry is currently in a transitional phase, shifting from total capacity expansion to quality improvement, and from conventional general-purpose products to functional and high-efficiency products. New fertilizers, as core products that promote green agricultural development, enhance fertilizer use efficiency, and ensure food security, have been rapidly adopted under the multiple drivers of policy guidance, technological innovation, and market demand. Based on core data from 2019 to 2025 regarding the production capacity, sales volume, product category structure, and production technology of new fertilizers in China's compound fertilizer industry, the overall development trends, changes in sub-category patterns, evolutionary characteristics of market scale, and technological iteration pathways of new fertilizers are systematically analyzed. The results show that from 2019 to 2025, the proportion of new fertilizers in China's compound fertilizer industry is increased from 34.5% to 48.8%, and the total sales volume is grown from 20 000 kt/a to 30 000 kt/a, with both industrial scale and market share being simultaneously enhanced. Significant restructuring is observed in the product category structure: the dominant position of compound fertilizers containing humic acid is maintained, compound fertilizers containing medium and trace elements are experienced explosive growth, and functional fertilizers containing alginic acid, amino acids are rapidly emerging. The production technology is being upgraded toward higher efficiency and intensification. The tower granulation process has surpassed the drum granulation process to become the mainstream, the slurry spraying granulation process is being declined, and the potential of the roller extrusion granulation process is being released. In combination with the developmental characteristics of the industry, the driving factors, existing problems, and future trends of new fertilizer development are analyzed, and development pathways are proposed, including the optimization of product structure, the strengthening of technological innovation, the improvement of standard systems, and the promotion of green transformation, so as to facilitate the high-quality development of the compound fertilizer industry and the large-scale promotion of new fertilizers.
