复合肥料中硝态氮含量测定方法的比较

摘要:

为考察国家标准《复合肥料》(GB/T 15063—2020)中4种测定复合肥料中硝态氮含量方法的操作难度、检测效率、准确度及抗干扰性,采用同一个硝基复合肥样品,对4种方法的测定结果、精密度、准确度开展了对比试验。结果表明:氮试剂重量法的准确度与精密度最优,相对误差为0.13%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.48%,加标回收率为99.0%~102.0%,适用于仲裁与定值检测;自动分析仪法与紫外分光光度法的检测效率较高,RSD分别为0.70%和0.81%,加标回收率分别为96.0%~101.0%和96.0%~98.0%,适用于批量样品常规检测;差减法的误差累积明显,RSD为1.47%,加标回收率为92.0%~96.0%。

Abstract:

To investigate the operational difficulty, detection efficiency, accuracy, and anti-interference performance of four methods specified in the national standard "Compound Fertilizer" (GB/T 15063—2020) for the determination of nitrate nitrogen content in compound fertilizers, a comparative test is conducted using the same nitro-compound fertilizer sample. The four methods are compared in terms of determination results, precision, and accuracy. The results show that the nitron gravimetric method exhibits the best accuracy and precision, with a relative error of 0.13%, a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 0.48%, and spiked recoveries ranging from 99.0% to 102.0%, making it suitable for arbitration and definitive testing. The automatic analyzer method and the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method show higher detection efficiency, with RSD values of 0.70% and 0.81%, and spike recoveries of 96.0%~101.0% and 96.0%~98.0%, respectively, indicating suitability for routine testing of batch samples. The differential method exhibits significant error accumulation, with an RSD of 1.47% and spiked recoveries ranging from 92.0% to 96.0%.
