温度滴定法快速测定水溶肥料中钾的含量

钾含量是水溶肥料的核心指标之一,行业标准《水溶肥料总氮、磷、钾含量的测定》(NY/T 1977—2010)中采用四苯硼酸钾重量法测定钾含量,耗时较长。通过考察加液速率、过滤因子、滴定体积、氢氧化钠溶液浓度和用量等指标,确定了温度滴定法测定水溶肥料中钾含量的试验条件。在最佳试验条件下,采用温度滴定法测定水溶肥料样品中钾的含量,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=5)为0.43%~0.96%,加标回收率为97.6%~102.1%。采用温度滴定法测定水溶肥料的钾含量,操作简便、快速、精密度较高、准确度较好,能满足水溶肥料中钾含量的分析要求。

Abstract:

Potassium content is one of the core indicators of water-soluble fertilizer. The industry standard "Water-Soluble Fertilizers-Determination of Total Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium Content" (NY/T 1977—2010) adopts the potassium tetraphenylborate gravimetric method for potassium determination, which is time-consuming. The experimental conditions for determining potassium content in water-soluble fertilizer by temperature titration method are established through investigating parameters such as addition rate, filtration factor, titration volume, and concentration and dosage of sodium hydroxide solution. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the potassium content in water-soluble fertilizer samples is determined using the temperature titration method, with relative standard deviations (n=5) ranging from 0.43% to 0.96% and spiked recoveries between 97.6% and 102.1%. The temperature titration method enables simple, rapid, and precise determination of potassium content in water-soluble fertilizer with good accuracy, meeting the analytical requirements for potassium content in such products.
