采用行业标准《黄腐酸钾》(HG/T 5334—2018)中的方法测定矿物源黄腐酸钾中黄腐酸的含量耗时较长,无法满足矿物源腐殖酸有机肥产品工业化生产的要求。对行业标准方法中的前处理过滤方式进行改进,用便携式真空泵配合布氏漏斗抽滤代替中速定性滤纸过滤,检测时间可从2 d缩短至7 h以内。试验结果表明,改进后的方法测定结果稳定,重现性好,平行结果的相对差值为2.12%,不同实验室测定结果的相对差值为0.47%,均满足HG/T 5334—2018的要求;改进后方法的加标回收率为99.11%~104.9%。
The method specified in the industry standard "Potassium Fulvate" (HG/T 5334—2018) for determining the fulvic acid content in mineral source potassium fulvate is time-consuming and fails to meet the requirements for the industrial production of mineral source humic acid organic fertilizer products. The pretreatment filtration step in the standard method is improved by replacing filtration through medium-speed qualitative filter paper with suction filtration using a portable vacuum pump and a Buchner funnel. This modification reduces the detection time from two days to within seven hours. Experimental results show that the improved method yields stable and reproducible results. The relative difference of parallel results is 2.12%, and the relative difference of inter-laboratory test results is 0.47%, both meeting the requirements of HG/T 5334—2018. The spike recovery rates of the improved method range from 99.11% to 104.9%.
